Renforth Announces Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/25/13 -- Renforth Resources Inc. ("Renforth" or the "Company") (CNSX: RFR) announces the granting, effective June 19, 2013, of 2,075,000 options to officers, directors and consultants of the Company. The options were granted pursuant to the Company's option plan, have an exercise price of $0.10 and are exercisable for five years from the date of grant.

Renforth Resources Inc. is a Toronto-based exploration company with interests in two exploration assets: the previously productive New Alger property, located in the Cadillac Break Mining Camp, Quebec, and the Mink Lake Project, located outside of Red Lake, Ontario, in a setting interpreted to be similar to the adjacent Springpole Mine Project.
