(firmenpresse) - DAILY RFID has released UHF high temperature RFID Tag, which is heat-resistant to withstand high temperatures up to 200°C. It is washable and suitable for adverse environment in industrial manufacturing applications, especially in harsh laundry conditions.
The high temperature UHF RFID tag is heat-resistant under 200°C and has the ability to tolerate the acids and solvents that are generally used in industrial environments. Since the UHF Tag is encapsulated inside the PET and copper material to suffer heat, as well as all kinds of torments such as pressure, aggressive chemicals liquids.
Compliant with the ISO 18000-6C (EPC Gen 2) standard, this flexible UHF RFID tag can be reusable even after high-temperature sterilization. And it has been tested to be survived after more than 200 times of industrial laundry cycles. Besides, the EMS memory of this RFID tag can be wiped and written more than 100,000 times.
With robust and washable feature, the UHF RFID high temperature tag is an ideal solution for harsh environment. And the UHF Laundry RFID Tag can also be used in a wide range of applications besides laundry, such as industrial process control system and automation management.
