One of Canada's most trusted and largest loyalty programs launches new brand and image

(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/13 -- The Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) is rebranding its loyalty program to CAA Rewards™ from Show Your Card and Save®, a new name that incorporates the wider variety of options available to the association's 5.8 million members.

"This new brand is meant to communicate the value and trust of our program. From instant discounts (CAA Discounts™) to deferred rewards (CAA Dollars®) and money-can't-buy experiences (CAA Member Experiences™), the new CAA Rewards program is a reflection of what our Members both need and want on an everyday basis," says Jeff Walker, CAA chief strategy officer.

Among the program enhancements, CAA and its nine regional clubs will roll out a new rewards portal for CAA Members that will include new online partners. Members will be able to earn additional CAA Dollars on their transactions. The portal will also include a comprehensive list of partners, locations where members can use and collect CAA Rewards, the latest deals, saving guides, and more.

"As one of Canada's most trusted brands, our Members have high expectations of us, and therefore the new CAA Rewards program will continue to deliver value-added benefits with trusted companies for both the on- and offline realms of shopping," Walker says.

Over the last 15 years, CAA's Rewards program has grown to be one of Canada's largest loyalty programs, with the most partners worldwide - more than 164,000 locations for savings worldwide, including 110,000 retail locations in North America and many popular online offerings.
