Shaw Announces Release of Third Quarter Financial and Operating Results and Conference Call

The CRTC has announced its intent to release the decision concerning the proposed Bell acquisition of Astral Media on Thursday June 27, 2013 at 4PM EST. As a result Shaw Communications Inc. is postponing the release of its consolidated results for the Third Quarter (ending May 31, 2013) to the morning of Friday, June 28, 2013. The conference call with Shaw Senior Management and the financial community is rescheduled to Friday, June 28, 2013 at 9:30AM MST/11:30AM EST.
