MagIndustries Announces Resignation of Co-Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/13 -- MagIndustries Corp. ("MagIndustries" or the "Company") (TSX: MAA) today announced that Stella Zhao, the Company's Co-Chief Financial Officer, has resigned her position to pursue other interests. Ms. Zhao's resignation is effective on July 26, 2013. As announced in a Press Release issued February 25, 2013, the Board of Directors continues its search for a new Chief Financial Officer, strong candidates have been identified, and an appointment will be announced in the coming weeks. In the interim Mr. Geoff Woo CGA, Corporate Controller, will be responsible for the financial management of the Company.
