Ahlstrom Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE June 27, 2013 at 17.50
Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, Ahlstrom
Corporation has received an announcement from Antti Ahlström Perilliset Oy,
dated June 27, 2013, regarding a change in the shareholding of the said
shareholder.
According to the announcement, Antti Ahlström Perilliset Oy has on June
27, 2013 signed a demerger plan relating to the company. On the expected
registration date of the demerger, December 30, 2013, the 4,674,802 shares in
Ahlstrom Corporation owned by Antti Ahlström Perilliset Oy, representing a total
of 10.02% of the share capital and voting rights in Ahlstrom Corporation, will
be transferred to Ahlström Capital Oy. According to the announcement, the
shareholding of Antti Ahlström Perilliset Oy in Ahlstrom Corporation will on the
date of the demerger fall below 10% (1/10) and below 5% (1/20).
Ahlstrom Corporation's share capital consists of 46,670,608 shares, each
entitling to one vote.
