Solid Resources Announces Voluntary Delisting from OTCQX
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/27/13 -- Solid Resources Ltd. ("Solid" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SRW) (FRANKFURT: YRS) announces that the common shares of the Company will voluntarily be delisted from the OTCQX effective June 27, 2013 and will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange, Frankfurt and the OTC Pink Current Tier (OTCBB) under the symbol "SLDRF".
Solid Resources is a Canadian junior mining company focused in Spain on the exploration and development of rare metals and iron ore. The Company is currently in the late stage of receiving a mining permit on the Alberta-1 tantalum, tin, lithium property in north-western Spain and re-opening 62 iron ore concessions in south-eastern Spain.
