ZhongDe Waste Technology AG signs EPC contract for new energy-from-waste
plant in Wuhai
* Daily waste disposal capacity of 1,000 tons
* New plant will generate electricity for Wuhai City
Frankfurt, June 28, 2013 - ZhongDe Waste Technology AG successfully signed
a contract for a new large-size Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC)
project with the Inner Mongolian company Wuhai Lanyi Environment Protection
Electricity Company Ltd. The contract for the new energy-from-waste plant
located in Wuhai City in Inner Mongolia has a total contract amount of
about 49.4 million Euros (399.8 million RMB) including Value Add Tax.
The planned large-scale EPC project in Wuhai will have a daily waste
disposal capacity of 1,000 tons per day and will positively impact the
order backlog of ZhongDe Waste Technology in the second quarter of the
current financial year 2013. The construction start of the plant is
scheduled for 2013. Furthermore the company expects the project to
contribute to ZhongDe's group revenues in the financial year 2013.

energy-from-waste plants generating electricity from the incineration of
solid municipal and industrial waste. ZhongDe realises either EPC
(Engineering, Procurement and Construction) or BOT (Build, Operate and

capacities of around 1,000 tons per day. Since 1996, ZhongDe Group has
