Rautaruukki Corporation will publish its financial statement bulletin for 2013
on Friday 14 February 2014. The full financial statements 2013 will be published
at the latest on Monday 24 February 2014.
Rautaruukki Corporation's Annual General Meeting will take place in Helsinki on
Tuesday 18 March 2014.
Rautaruukki will publish its interim reports in 2014 as follows:
Interim report 1-3/2014: Thursday 24 April 2014
Interim report 1-6/2014: Thursday 7 August 2014
Interim report 1-9/2014: Thursday 30 October 2014
The financial statement bulletin for 2013 and the interim reports will be
published at approximately 9am EET/EEST. Rautaruukki observes a silent period of
21 days before the disclosure of results. During this period, the company does
not meet capital market representatives, comment on the quarter concerned or
report on matters relating to the company's performance.
