(PresseBox) - Every door, window or security system contains highly complex drive technology that is subject to use-related wear and tear, just like every installation. When it comes to the installation of new systems, we have found that more and more end-users want a long warranty period and cost planning security, even if they do not require a full service package.
The new Komfort PLUS 4 and 5 service packages have been introduced to expand the range of GEZE service offerings. GEZE provides flexible extension of the basic running times to 48 or 60 months and thus secures the warranty risk for VOB (contract procedure for building works) and BGB (German civil code) contracts. The added value is found, not only in the extended warranty periods of four or five years, GEZE Service also replaces all defective spare and consumable items throughout the basic duration of the contracts. The new service packages offer budgeting security rather than cost risks. The Komfort PLUS fixed maintenance contracts offer even more benefits, for example, the "24/365" service or the documented safety check.
