JK Wohnbau Renamed ISARIA Wohnbau with Immediate Effect
Munich, 01 July 2013 - In its 18 years in the business, JK Wohnbau AG rose
to become one of Munich's three biggest project developers in housing
construction. Since 2010, the company has been listed on the stock market,
with most shares held by institutional investors. The company just renamed
itself ISARIA Wohnbau AG with immediate effect.
'We finished restructuring the company into a capital-market-focused
enterprise, and completed 2012 with a positive year-end result. The
shareholder meeting unanimously agreed that the time has come for a new
brand launch,' said Michael Haupt, CEO of ISARIA Wohnbau AG.
While the company's ticker symbol has changed to 'IWB', the securities
number (WKN A1E8H3) and the ISIN (DE000A1E8H38) remain as is.
