Love Notes to Be Displayed in Downtown Denver

The 100-ft. wide billboard is located at 15th Street and Champa Street and currently reads: 'Write a love note to your sweetheart and we'll put it here.' Shane Co. will select its 50 favorite love note submissions and display them on the billboard starting in August.
There are four ways to submit a love note: post it on Shane Co.'s Facebook page (), tweet it on Twitter ((at)ShaneCompany), via Instagram, or in-store at the company's Westminster or Greenwood Village locations. The company encourages submissions made on Twitter and Instagram to include the hashtag '#LoveNote'.
"We're excited to turn over our billboard to the romantic musings of our fellow citizens," said Rordan Shane, Tom Shane's son who works alongside his father as president. "This idea has masses of community spirit -- both online and in the real world. We look forward to reading all the love notes we receive. I wouldn't be surprised if some people use our billboard to propose marriage."
