Altai Announces Election of the Board of Directors and Confirmation of the Advance Notice By-Law

(TSX VENTURE: ATI) (US SEC Rule 12g3-2(b) File # 82-2950) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at its annual and special meeting of the shareholders held on June 28, 2013 in Toronto (the "Meeting"), Dr. Niyazi Kacira, Dr. Didier Pomerleau and Dr. Mehmet F. Taner were re-elected as Directors of the Company, and Mr. Jeffrey S. Ackert, a geologist and a director of several public and private resource companies, was elected as a new Director of the Company.
In the Meeting, DNTW Chartered Accountants, LLP was appointed as Auditors of the Company, and the Advance Notice By-Law - By-Law No. 8 adopted by the Board of Directors on April 9, 2013 was confirmed, ratified and approved by the shareholders of the Company.
