Travel + Leisure magazine has named the Wickaninnish Inn the , according to the 18th annual World's Best Awards announced today.

The Wickaninnish Inn is the only property in Canada to be noted as a Travel + Leisure Hall of Fame award winner. A property must appear on the Travel + Leisure World's Best list for 10 consecutive years to be considered a hall of fame member.

This latest recognition from T+L is made even more significant because the World's Best Awards rely on guest experiences. This is not the first time the Wickaninnish Inn has ranked favorably in the annual T+L World's Best Awards. For years, the Inn was rated highly in the U.S./Canada division, and in 2011 and 2012 topped the list in Canada.
