Reference is made to the allocation of new shares following the final result of
the Rights Issue in RomReal Ltd that ended 28 June 2013. The following primary
insider transactions have been undertaken on 03 July 2013:
Kjetil Gronskag (Chairman), has subscribed for 7,180,130 new shares through his
personal ownership. Of the aggregate subscription, 4,492,720 were subscribed for
based on allotted subscription rights, whereas 2,687,410 represent
oversubscription. On the basis of the pro rata allocation of rights, Kjetil
Gronskag will have 7,404,766 shares in RomReal Ltd following the rights issue.
Jonas Bjerg (Director), has subscribed for 1,835,562 new shares through his
personal ownership. Of the aggregate subscription, 1,148,540 were subscribed for
based on allotted subscription rights, whereas 687,022 represent
oversubscription. On the basis of the pro rata allocation of rights, Jonas Bjerg
will have 1,892,989 shares in RomReal Ltd following the rights issue.
Arve Nilsson (Director), has subscribed for 2,770,600 new shares through his
personal ownership. On the basis of the pro rata allocation of rights, Arve
Nilsson will have 2,909,130 shares in RomReal Ltd following the rights issue.
Kay Thorkildsen (RomReal CEO), has subscribed for 5,428,534 new shares through
his personal ownership and through his ownership in THORKILDSEN INVEST AS. Of
the aggregate subscription, 3,396,720 were subscribed for based on allotted
subscription rights, whereas 2,031,814 represent oversubscription. On the basis
of the pro rata allocation of rights, Kay Thorkildsen will have 5,598,370 shares
in RomReal Ltd following the rights issue.
All shares are subscribed for at a subscription price of NOK 0.125 per share.
