CNSX: 2013-0702-PetroWorth Resources Inc.-Name Change/Consolidation

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/03/13 -- PetroWorth Resources Inc. (PTW) has announced a name change to First Sahara Energy Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares effective July 4, 2013. Any fractional shares resulting from the consolidation will be converted to whole shares. As a result the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 10,724,785.

The common shares of First Sahara Energy Inc. will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Thursday, July 4, 2013. The Company will trade under the new symbol "FSE".

CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders under the new symbol and taking into account the share consolidation.
