Redline Capital Management Acquires 8,695,652 Common Shares of MCW Energy Group Limited
(firmenpresse) - LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG -- (Marketwired) -- 07/03/13 -- Redline Capital Management S.A., acting for the account of Redline Capital Fund - Universal Investments, a sub-fund of Redline Capital Fund, FCP-FIS ("Redline"), with its registered office at 26 Avenue Monterey, L-2163 Luxembourg, announced today that it has acquired ownership of 8,695,652 common shares of MCW Energy Group Limited ("MCW") at a price of CAD 0.73 per share.
Prior to the acquisition, Redline had no ownership of or control over common shares of MCW.
Following the acquisition, Redline holds 20.91% of the current outstanding common shares of MCW.
The acquisition by Redline of the common shares was made for investment purposes. Redline may increase or reduce its investment in MCW according to market conditions or other relevant factors.
