lists on the Canadian National Stock Exchange. The company completed an IPO
offering of 5,399,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit, raising $810,000 in
gross proceeds, with Industrial Alliance Securities acting as agent for the
offering. Each unit consisted of one common share and one warrant, with each
warrant exercisable at $0.25 for a period of 18 months.
