fluidOps Closes Second Round of Financing
WALLDORF, Germany – fluid Operations (fluidOps™), a leader in cloud computing and semantic technologies, today announced it has secured € 5M in its second round of financing, bringing the company’s capital to € 6 million.
fluid Operations AG(firmenpresse) - This second round of funding will allow fluidOps to continue financing both its development and marketing initiatives and fuel the company’s already rapid growth. The engagement of staff and further development of its semantic technologies is planned as well as the addition of new features to the technological platform of its next generation cloud management solution eCloudManager.
Along with this second fund raising, the company changed its corporate form. The transformation from fluid Operations GmbH to fluid Operations AG represents another logical step in reflecting the company’s growth. "fluidOps has had great success positioning the eCloudManager in 2010 and we anticipate similar growth for 2011” said Vasu Chandrasekhara, fluidOps. “This funding will enable us to enhance our development and increase our support capacity for our products as we secure additional customers.”
