Wealth Amends Option Grant of 3,150,000

(the "Company" or "Wealth") (TSX VENTURE: WML)(OTCQX: WMLLF)(FRANKFURT: EJZ), announces that, pursuant to their news release dated June 21, 2013 granting incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company and its affiliates to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,150,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options remain exercisable on or before June 21, 2015, however the exercise price is $0.10 per share, which was previously reported at $0.05 per share.
