appoints Mr. Alexander Elsmann, attorney, as representative of all

At their noteholders' meeting today in Bonn, the noteholders of note ISIN:
XS0641270045 // WKN: A1H3W6 (2011/2016) of SolarWorld AG adopted the
resolution proposed under agenda item 2 regarding the appointment of Mr.
Alexander Elsmann, attorney, Düsseldorf, as the representative of all
noteholders. The holders' representative shall pool and represent the
interests of the noteholders in the current restructuring process.
The resolution was adopted with a majority of about 99.51 percent, with
19.95 percent of outstanding notes represented at the meeting. At today's
second noteholders' meeting, a quorum was no longer required in order to
appoint the holders' representative. The proposed resolution required a
simple majority.
