Please note, as in accordance with the general guidelines of the TSX Manual, Russel Metals Inc. (TSX: RUS) will be releasing all non-material announcements after the close of business at 5:00 p.m. ET.

An Investor Conference Call will be hosted by Brian R. Hedges, President and Chief Executive Officer, John G. Reid, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Marion E. Britton, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. ET to review the results.
