Epsilon Energy Ltd. Announces Special Meeting of Shareholders

(firmenpresse) - CONCORD, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/08/13 -- Epsilon Energy Ltd. (TSX: EPS) (the "Company") announced that further to the previously announced receipt by the Company of a requisition from certain shareholders and upon recommendation of the special committee of directors formed to review such requisition, the Board of Directors has called a special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders to be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, in order to elect the Board of Directors of the Company. Shareholders of record at the close of business on July 19, 2013 will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the Meeting, or any adjournment of the Meeting.
