New Solution Provides Customers With Industry Leading Billing Suited to Their Needs

Mobile Link works with , , , and automatic standby generators. When the generator experiences a change in status, Mobile Link sends an update to , which forwards that information via website, email or text message -- automatically. Mobile Link is using TRACT Billing's advanced billing portal to manage customer subscription details, including renewal tracking information and ensuring that customers' transactional details are protected and PCI compliant.

The Mobile Link transmitter sends generator data via cellular network to StandbyStatus.com, from which customers can see if their generator is currently running, when and for how long it has run in the past, and if their generator requires maintenance or is experiencing a fault condition. Mobile Link and StandbyStatus.com can also proactively send text-based alerts to up to four e-mail addresses and up to four mobile phone numbers. Customers have the option to include their dealer's e-mail or mobile phone number so that the dealer can discuss maintenance and repair options with them as soon as possible.
