Eric Leboeuf Fully Acquires 1,401,000 Common Shares of Active Growth Capital Inc.
(firmenpresse) - LAVAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 07/10/13 -- Eric Leboeuf (the "Buyer") announces that on July 8, 2013, following a series of transactions, he has acquired 1,401,000 common shares in the capital stock of Active Growth Capital Inc. ("AGC") at a price of $0.015 per Common Share (the "Common Shares"). On a non-diluted basis, this increase represents 5.59% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of July 10, 2013.
As of this day, after his last acquisition of a series of transactions resulting in the purchase of the aforementioned 1,401,000 Common Shares, on a non-diluted basis, Eric Leboeuf holds, directly and indirectly, 3,481,000 Common Shares. On a non-diluted basis, Eric Leboeuf currently holds, directly and indirectly, 13.89% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of July 10, 2013. On a diluted basis, assuming the exercise of his 1,200,000 warrants, Eric Leboeuf would currently hold, directly and indirectly, 17.82% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of July 10, 2013.
The Common Shares of AGC are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ACK.
