Canadian Silver Hunter Announces Extension to Expiry Date of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/10/13 -- Canadian Silver Hunter Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AGH) is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the terms of 5,000,000 common share purchase warrants (collectively, the "Warrants") issued pursuant to the Company's initial public offering on July 28, 2011. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company for $0.50 per share and, pursuant to the Warrant term extension, the new expiry date of the Warrants is July 28, 2016.
