Cooley Ranked Top-Five Law Firm in ITC Cases

Specifically, in 2012, Cooley's ITC Section 337 litigation practice group was retained to handle six investigations, all for respondents.
With the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) continuing to serve as a critical venue for parties seeking to enforce intellectual property rights, Cooley experienced a significant uptick in representations last year. In fact, Cooley has the distinction of being the fastest growing ITC Section 337 practice in the United States.
