ÅF AB: Subscription for the 2013 Employee Convertible Debenture Program is now completed

On April 26 2013, the Annual General Meeting of ÅF AB resolved to implement a
Convertible debenture program for ÅF employees in Sweden.
The subscription is now complete and amounts to MSEK 76.7 at a subscription
price of SEK 200 per share.
Full conversion will increase the company's share capital by SEK 1 918 250 and
raise the number of shares by 383 650. This corresponds to a dilution equivalent
to approximately 1 percent of the capital and approximately 0.7 percent of the
votes.
In accordance with the resolution of the AGM, the dilution effect will be offset
by a repurchase and cancellation of shares corresponding to the subscribed
amount. These measures shall be affected before next year's AGM.
