Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. Declares Distribution
(firmenpresse) - HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/12/13 -- Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (Teekay Offshore or the Partnership) (NYSE: TOO), has declared a cash distribution of $0.5253 per unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. The cash distribution is payable on August 9, 2013 to all unitholders of record on July 23, 2013.
