The following shareholder of RomReal Ltd. (the "Company") has reached the stated
percentage of shareholdings in the Company as a result of the circumstances
stated below, and hereby send this notice according to the Securities Trading
Act section 4-3:
* Kay Thorkildsen (Company's CEO) has on 12 July 2013 purchased 4,050,000
shares in the Company for a price of NOK 0.47 per share. The total number of
shares owned by Kay Thorkildsen and related parties following the
acquisition is 12,154,210 which equals 11.8 per cent of the total number of
shares in the Company. Kay Thorkildsen has hereby exceeded the 10 per cent
limit stated in the Securities Trading Act section 4-3.
