Munich 15 july 2013: Tantalus Rare Earths AG ('TRE' or 'Company'), the
explorer and developer of a large near surface rare earths project in north
western Madagascar, is making the following announcement:
The Supervisory Board of TRE has approved the consolidated financial
statements for 2012 on its balance sheet meeting. The annual financial
statements for 2012 are hereby adopted in accordance with§172 AktG.
