Kristen L. Martin Joins Newcastle Limited as Director of Retail Leasing

(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/15/13 -- Kristen L. Martin has joined Newcastle Limited as Director of Retail Leasing, announced Michael R. Haney, President and CEO of the Chicago-based real estate firm.

At Newcastle, Martin will oversee leasing for the firm's retail portfolio. Her responsibilities will include managing leasing for the firm's Chicago retail assets, strengthening tenant relations and supporting Newcastle's retail acquisition and development activities.

Martin brings four years of experience in retail leasing and management to Newcastle Limited. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Urban Leasing Representative with Acadia Realty Trust in White Plaines, New York, where she was responsible for leasing its urban Chicago retail portfolio, as well as properties throughout Connecticut and New York.

Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Next Gen.
