Solid Gold Resources Corp. Announces Suspension from Trading

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/15/13 -- Solid Gold Resources Corp. ("Solid Gold") (TSX VENTURE: SLD) announces that as a result of the resignations of Ronald Goldsack and Gary Schellenberg from the board of directors of Solid Gold, the TSX Venture Exchange, effective at the opening on July 12, 2013, has suspended the shares of Solid Gold from trading for failure to have at least three directors pursuant to Exchange requirements.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the accuracy or adequacy of this release.
