EVRY ASA Announces Stock Repurchase Program

(Oslo, 16 July 2013) EVRY ASA announced today that it will activate a stock
repurchase program. The repurchase program is being carried out in accordance
with the authorization to the Board of Directors as resolved at the Annual
General Meeting on May 13, 2013. The repurchase program is carried out in
connection with a share purchase program for employees, resolved at the same
Annual General Meeting.
Due to the low liquidity in the Company's share the daily volume in the buyback
program may exceed the 25 % threshold recommended in Børssirkulære 2/2008.
