(TSX VENTURE: PAW) ("PAW" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Cortec Mining Kenya Limited ("CMK"), owner of the Mrima Hill Niobium and Rare Earth Project in Kenya (PAW indirect 70% ownership) has received approval from the National Environment Management Authority ("NEMA") in Kenya for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Study Reports for the Mining and Processing of Niobium and Associated Rare Earths at Mrima Hill.

Key Conditions of the Approvals include;

This combined with the 21 year Special Mining License issued in March this year allows the Company to progress forward with the Project and the focus is now on advancing further Metallurgical studies.
