Harvey Westbury Corp. Retires Treasury Stock

(PINKSHEETS: HVYW), a packaging, assembly and distribution company with aftermarket automotive and marine items as principal products, announced today that it has retired a block of treasury stock recently acquired through a rescission agreement involving common stock issued to key employees for the forgiveness of accrued wages. This cancellation of stock has reduced the number of issued and outstanding shares by one hundred fifty eight million shares (158,000,000).
President of Harvey Westbury Corp., Eugene J. Chiaramonte, stated, "Clearly, it was in the best interests of all parties involved; as well as for the shareholders to retire these shares."
