Eltek ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Björn Wigström, the new CFO in Eltek ASA, has today subscribed for a total of
86,655 A-shares in Eltek Management Invest AS, a subsidiary of Eltek ASA, as
part of the co-investment program for the Eltek group. The price paid per A-
share was NOK 5.77, giving a total subscription amount of NOK 500,000. Eltek
ASA's shareholding in Eltek Management Invest AS is one controlling B-share.
Eltek Management Invest AS was established for the purpose of investing in Eltek
Valere Holding AS, a direct subsidiary of Eltek ASA. The subscription amount of
NOK 500,000 together with a loan amount of NOK 2,000,000, in aggregate NOK
2,500,000, will be used by Eltek Management Invest AS to acquire 119,843 shares
in Eltek Valere Holding AS. Following the transaction, Eltek Management Invest
AS will own 3.39% of the share capital in the company. Eltek ASA owns the
remaining 96.61% of the share capital of Eltek Valere Holding AS.
