Carmen Energy Inc. Announces Name Change to Margaux Resources Ltd.
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/22/13 -- Carmen Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CEI) ("Carmen" or the "Corporation") announces that it has changed its name to Margaux Resources Ltd. ("Margaux"). The name change was approved by the shareholders of the Corporation at the annual and special meeting of the Corporation held on February 15, 2013. The Corporation expects that trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange under its new name and new symbol of "MRL" will commence within two to three business days from today's date.
