Mortgage Architects Acquires Argentum Mortgage and Finance Corp.

"The acquisition of Argentum is in line with our long term growth initiatives" says Ron Swift, CEO of the Pacific Mortgage Group Inc. Argentum Mortgage Brokers will re-brand under the Mortgage Architects label with the full transition expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2014. "We are focused on building a large distribution network to line up with our manufacturing capabilities on the lending side; the purchase of Argentum will be integral to our long term growth."
Albert Collu, past President of IMBA, founded Argentum in 2009. Since that time, Albert, a proven executive, has led Argentum's steadfast growth to a network of over 500 brokers. Through the acquisition, Mr. Collu has been appointed as President of Mortgage Architects and will also be a valued Partner and shareholder.
