BR-Energy PLC - Consulting Agreement with Euro Asia Invest Inc.,
London/Miami
London, 24. Juli 2013: On July 19, 2013, BR-Energy PLC entered into an
agreement with Euro Asia Invest Inc., Miami, for Investor- und Public
Relations as well as Corporate Finance consulting.
BR-Energy PLC in view of the listing at the GXG-Market, which is projected
to happen in the near future, on Juli 19, 2013 engaged Euro Asia Invest
Inc., Miami, for the support of it's growing shareholder base
internationally. Further, Euro Asia Invest Inc. shall assess opportunities
for further acquisitions in the field of renewable energies.
Euro Asia Invest Inc. has particularly been engaged to assess attractive
acquisition opportunities and possible partnerships for BR-Energy PLC. As
of now, Euro Asia Invest Inc. will further manage the communication with
the shareholders of BR-Energy PLC. Für Public Relations, BR-Energy PLC will
further cooperate with NXT Level Strategies GmbH, which had already
rendered it's services in this area during the last months.
'We count on Euro Asia Invest to open new opportunities and markets for us
as a strong partner' explains Konstantin v. Reden-Lütcken, Director of
BR-Energy PLC.
