Will Focus on Strategic Growth in Fossil Industry
(firmenpresse) - PHILADELPHIA, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/24/13 -- Day & Zimmermann, a nationally recognized provider of industrial, defense and workforce solutions for government and commercial customers, announced today that the company's Engineering, Construction & Maintenance group, has named Daniel Kenyon as Vice President of Business Development, Fossil. In this role, Kenyon will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of the firm's fossil business. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the power industry and a proven track record of relationship building, market development and sales leadership in the fossil industry.
Dan spent more than six years with Toshiba where he was Key Account Manager, Product Line Manager, and most recently, Director of Sales & Marketing for the Thermal and Geothermal markets. Previously, as Sales Manager for GE, he was responsible for current and new accounts in Geothermal, Thermal Power plants, Fossil Power Plants, Oil and Gas (upstream and refineries), Petrochemical and industrial markets.
Kenyon has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is a graduate of the Tuck Executive Education Program at Dartmouth University.
