GNS has also granted to Edward and Claudia Minnema, the later residing in Jamaica, a Licensing Agreement for the Caricom and Associate Countries in respect to the companies merchandise and products for both retail stores and an online webstore(s). Those countries included in the agreement are inclusive of the following: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos. Mr. Minnema will form a private company (NEWCO), in the Caribbean. After completion of the formation of the company, The GNS Group will receive the equivalent of 5% of the authorized shares of the NEWCO. NEWCO will also add one of the present directors of GNS to NEWCO's Board of Directors.
