BlackRock(R) Announces Final July Monthly Cash Distributions for the iShares(R) Premium Money Market Fund

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK), today announced the final July 2013 cash distributions for the iShares Premium Money Market Fund. Unitholders of record on July 26, 2013 will receive cash distributions payable on July 31, 2013.
