KINGHERO strengthens Management Board of its subsidiary
Munich, 26 July 2013 - Having already appointed Dr. Harald Zender as a new
Management Board member of KINGHERO AG in May, the company continues the
restructuration of the group by the appointment of three managing directors
in KINGHERO Group Holding Ltd. in Hong Kong. This measure is intended to
improve internal processes and to optimize the organization within the
KINGHERO Group.
Dr. Harald Zender, member of the Management Board of the German KINGHERO
AG, as well as two other managers will strengthen the management of the
Hong Kong subsidiary. The new managing directors are to contribute as
interim managers to a better internal and external transparency.
The financial calendar 2013 will be updated as soon as the company has
available the final time schedule of the auditors.
