MEDITE Signs Agreement With HealthTrust
Company's Portfolio of Histology Solutions Now Available to HealthTrust Members
(firmenpresse) - ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/29/13 -- MEDITE Inc., a leading developer of innovative, high-quality equipment and supplies for histology, pathology and cytology laboratories, today announced that it has signed an agreement with HealthTrust, a total cost management solutions provider and group purchasing organization (GPO) for hospitals, as well as acute and non-acute healthcare facilities.
Under the terms of the agreement, effective August 1, 2013, MEDITE's product portfolio of histology systems and supplies will be available to HealthTrust's 1,400 not-for-profit and for-profit acute care facilities, as well as 10,600 ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices and alternate care sites.
