(the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's name change from "Cancen Oil Canada Inc." to "Ceiba Energy Services Inc." (TSX VENTURE: CEB) ("Ceiba Energy") has been approved under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. At the open of trading on July 29, 2013, the trading symbol for the Company will change from "COI" to "CEB". The share capital of the Company is unchanged. The Company's new corporate website is .
