Teranga Provides Notice of Release of Full Second Quarter 2013 Financial and Operating Results Followed by a Conference Call and Webcast

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/13 -- Teranga Gold Corporation (TSX: TGZ)(ASX: TGZ) announced today that in addition to the second quarter operating results it released on Monday, July 29, 2013 for ASX purposes, it will release its full second quarter 2013 financial and operating results on Wednesday August 7, 2013, before market open in Toronto. Following the release, the Company will host a conference call and webcast which will be available on replay for those that are not able to participate.
