Thelon Capital Inc.: $4.5 million Non Brokered Financing Arranged/ Launch IR joins the Team

Thelon Capital Inc.. is also pleased to announce that it has arranged for a $4,500,000 Non Brokered Private placement at .45 cents a unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one 2 year share purchase warrant exercisable (at) $1.00 the first year and $1.25 the second. This is subject to TSX Ventures approval.
Thelon Capital Ltd ” is pleased to announce that it has engaged Launch IR Capital Inc. (“Launch”} for investor relation services. Launch is an Ottawa based consulting firm with connections and strong ties to industry leading investment firms in the United States, Europe and Canada. Launch IR works with select groups of exceptional junior exploration companies, collaborating with management to secure premium valuations.
The agreement is for a 4 month term. Thelon has agreed to pay Launch a cash fee of $ 7,000 per month. Thelon has also agreed to grant Launch 350,000 options of THC at a price of 0.45 with an exercise period of 2 years, which options vest in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The agreement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange
There is a finder’s fee payable in connection with the Private Placement.
