Supervisory Board
[Essen, 31 July 2013] At its meeting today, the secunet Security Networks
AG Supervisory Board elected Dr Peter Zattler as its new Chairman. secunet
Security Networks AG (ISIN DE0007276503, WKN 727650) is a leading German
supplier of high-quality IT security and an IT security partner of the
Federal Republic of Germany.
Dr Peter Zattler is a member of the management board of the Munich-based
Giesecke&Devrient Group. He has been a member of the secunet Security
Networks AG Supervisory Board since June 2004. The position of Chairman of
the Supervisory Board had been vacant since the resignation of the previous
incumbent, Dr Karsten Ottenberg, which took effect on 19 July 2013. Dr
Wilhelm Wick will retain his position as Vice Chairman of the secunet
Security Networks AG Supervisory Board.
