(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/13 -- Red Crescent Resources Limited ("the "Company", or "RCR") (TSX: RCB) (FRANKFURT: 7RC) - Further to the Company's May 28, 2013 press release, RCR announces that it has filed with the Ontario Securities Commission, and on SEDAR (), revisions to the following documents: (i) the April 13, 2011 43-101 report respecting the Hakkari project; (ii) the July 25, 2011 43-101 report respecting the Tufanbeyli project; (iii) the 2012 Annual Information Form; (iv) the 2012 Management Discussion and Analysis; (v) the Management Discussion and Analysis for the period ending March 31, 2013; and (vi) updated certificates in connection with (iv) and (v).
